Changes & Cancellations

If you need to make any changes to your order, please contact us and we’ll do our best to help. Send an email to with the following information, and a customer service representative will reach out within 24 hours.

1. Your order number
2. A description of what you'd like changed

Please note that orders already in the printing process may not be able to be changed. Contact us to discuss your options.

Refunds & Replacements

We want you to love your Pippa order. If you are dissatisfied with the order you received, for any reason, please contact us and we will do our best to make it right.

If your order has issues because of a mistake on our part, we will refund you the full amount. We'll issue your refund right away, but it may take 10 - 12 business days to reflect on your bank or credit card statements. We reserve the right to issue store credit, rather than a refund, for merchandise returned more than 60 days after it was ordered.

If your order has issues because of a mistake you’ve made, we will offer you a credit and guide you through the process of placing a new order.

To expedite your request, please include the following when you contact us:
1. Your order number
2. A brief description of the problem
3. A photo illustrating the issue

It your printed photos look different than the images you uploaded onto the Pippa site, please also include the original image files that you uploaded as well as the images of your printed product, so we can see the difference.

Due to the custom nature of our products, we do not offer returns at this time. Please see the Pippa terms & conditions for more details on refunds & replacements.

Shipping & Delivery

Pippa only ships domestically in the United States at this time. Please see below for details. Estimated delivery ranges for standard shipping are not guarantees, and may be influenced by seasonal variances and production levels. We will do our best to get you the order within the time frame listed.

A few things to note:
1. We do not ship to APO / FPO or P.O. Box addresses at this time.
2. Shipping times may vary for orders delivered to Alaska and Hawaii.
3. We don't ship with a signature required, but when it comes time to deliver, requiring a signature is at the delivery driver's discretion.
4. Shipping business days are defined as Monday through Friday for Rush, Expedited, and Priority, and Tuesday through Saturday for Standard. Shipping business days exclude New Year's Day, Memorial Day, Independence Day, Labor Day, Thanksgiving and Christmas.
